Rajiv Mathur — Founder & CEO
Rajiv Mathur is Founder & CEO of AxisSkill Foundation and Managing Director & CEO of AxisSkill WorldBridge Private Limited. He has more than three decades of leadership experience across skill development, vocational education, workforce development, digital learning and institutional capacity building. His career includes senior roles with the National Skill Development Corporation, KEDMAN Skilling Private Limited, NIIT, Microsoft India, Tata Infotech and CMC. At NSDC, he contributed to establishing 38 Sector Skill Councils and an ecosystem that developed more than 2,200 National Occupational Standards, alongside major national skilling, school-vocationalisation and quality-assurance initiatives. From 2019 to March 2026, he served as CEO of KEDMAN, leading multi-sector programmes, multilingual digital content, learning platforms and partnerships with corporate and institutional organisations. He has authored more than 33 books on information technology and digital skills. Through AxisSkill, he is building complementary social-impact and commercial platforms that connect inclusive learning, employability, institutional capability and responsible workforce opportunity.
